- Check-In/Out Times: Guests are kindly requested to check in at 2 PM and check out at 11 AM.
- Payment and Deposits: Upon check-in, full payment of the room tariff is required, along with a deposit to cover potential expenses. Guests exceeding their credit limit may be asked to settle their account immediately.
- Child Policy: Children under 5 years of age receive complimentary food when sharing a room with their parents. Children aged 5-12 will incur additional charges as specified. Those above 12 years are considered adults and will be charged as such.
- Drug Policy: Serviette Hotels, across all its properties, maintains a zero-tolerance policy for drugs or prohibited substances. Any such activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Admission Rights: The management reserves the right to deny admission to any guest or party not adhering to these rules and regulations.
- Photo ID of all guests mandatory
- Children below 18 years need to be accompanied by parents/ guardian
- Unmarried couples are allowed
- Pets allowed
Cancellation Policy
- No-Show: For guaranteed reservations that are not honoured, the hotel reserves the right to impose retention charges for the entire stay.
- Cancellation: Full booking charges will be refunded if cancelled 72 hours prior to the 2 PM check-in time. A 50% retention fee applies if cancelled within 72- 48 hours, and full retention is applied for cancellations within 48 hours of check-in time.
