In line with this Serviette Hotels has intensified its cleanliness measures, developed enhanced sanitation procedures and new hotel protocols have been developed for Covid-19 Safety with guests’ welfare as our top priority.

As we get welcome you to the new normal, we would like to share with you the measures in place with all our hotels

Guest Transport
  • Drivers are provided with protective gear such as mask, gloves etc.
  • Guest transportation will be disinfected after every arrival.
  • Driver are instructed to limit conversations to minimal.
  • Guest instructions placed at the back seat that covers all the steps being taken at the hotel for safety and sanitization.
Hotel Entrances
  • Security personnel are provided with protective gears such as mask, gloves etc.
  • Temperature checks at entrance is mandatory.
  • Guests running a temperature of more than 98.6° F should be politely asked to return or directed to the closest hospital/medical facility.
  • Disinfect and cleaning of guest luggage after informing the guest.
  • Hand sanitizers are available for guest use.
Reception
  • Associates are provided with face masks & face shields.
  • Hand sanitizers are available in reception for guests to use.
  • For guests arriving from restricted countries or regions, detailed information is taken prior to guest arrival or during making the reservation.
  • For all pre-booked guests all check-in formalities are completed online to reduce contact and time at the front desk.
  • Safety, hygiene and other instructions are provided to the guests as per the new guidelines.
  • Scheduled surface spraying and disinfecting of hotel lobby at regular intervals.
Public Areas
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers are available in various areas.
  • Increased frequency of cleaning and sanitizing of high touch areas.
  • Regular misting of public areas with disinfectant.
Guest Rooms
  • Room attendants are provided with protective gears.
  • Information on sanitization norms being placed inside the room.
  • Due to Social Distancing norms, alternate rooms are allocated, based on occupancy levels.
  • Hand sanitizers are kept in each floors and pre packed soap bars in all the rooms.
  • Implementation of reduced physical contact during Laundry service and room service.
  • Room linen is changed on a daily basis or ONLY on request; no turn down services to facilitate minimal contact.
Room Service / Restaurants
  • For contactless In Room Dining we offer chef curated delicacies at the entrance of the rooms and clearance from outside the room.
  • Spacing between all tables have been increased to maintain Social Distancing norms.
  • Guest during arrival have been instructed that they should come down to the
  • restaurant only when a table is available to maintain social distancing.
  • Pre plated / pre portioned breakfast (with no sharing of items and queuing at the
  • buffet) in view of Covid-19 safety. A La Carte focused set menus being offered.
  • Staff trained for minimal contact/communication during service.
  • Associates are provided with protective gear such as mask, gloves etc.
  • Hand sanitizers are available in the restaurant for guests to use.
  • All tables and chairs are sanitized after guest use.
Kitchen
  • Chefs are provided with protective gear such as mask, gloves, caps, etc.
  • Vegetables, meats and all other materials are washed with food grade approved solution to disinfect.
  • Standard operating procedures being followed along with frequent hand washing.
  • Regular cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen and work stations
Pools & Ayurveda Treatments
  • These areas are closed till advised to open, as per government norms.
Check out
  • Separate check-out counter using e-check out by emailing the bill & accepting online payments with guest acceptance.
  • Guests to inform their check-out plans in advance to make the bills ready.
Employee Training
  • All employees of Serviette Hotels have undergone COVID 19 Precautions,, Social Distancing & Upgraded Hygiene Standard Practices Training as pre-requisite to work.
  • All our employees are well-informed about all COVID-19 related operating SOPs.
  • Training on safe food preparation and service to food handlers.
  • All employees are checked for symptoms & temperature on arrival to our hotels
  • Teams are regularly updated with the latest government guidelines.
